Description

A Daum Crystal Crater Vase.  These naturalistic vases were first produced after the Second World War as Daum of Nancy started to re-imagine their designs to portray the natural world and with the specific intention of reflective light exploitation.  Created in uncut crystal and fully formed when the glass was hot and not after cooling.  This 12” tall example came from the private Stallebrass Collection and is signed Daum.  In virtually unused condition.
