These Sterling Silver Glug Glug Decanters by John Mappin are in the writhen ribbed cutting that reflects the Art Nouveau period that they were made in. Very beautiful pieces in outstanding condition with no damage to the four-petal necks. Matching hollow stoppers. The larger (30cm) decanter is hallmarked for 1892 and the smaller liqueur decanter (22cm) is hallmarked for 1898. Possibly some of the finest Mappin writhens still extant.
